Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Professional to join our team at ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Change bed linens and towels as required, and ensure all amenities are in place and in good working order.
  • Equip trolley with necessary supplies and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 'O' level education and relevant experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods, and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Good physical health and stamina to handle physical tasks, and attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
