Senior Product Analyst

HealthHub SG is embarking on a mission to revolutionize the health journey of our population. With the increasing digitization of public healthcare services and a significant shift in adoption of our digital applications, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Product Analyst to unlock impactful insights and weave them into compelling data stories.
In this newly-created role, you will develop Business Intelligence solutions to understand product usage and customer activity, create and own multiple Product Key Performance Indicators, develop a deep understanding of product health and the customer experience, advance data acumen across the company, and promote strategic decisions through data storytelling. Product managers, policy analysts, and senior management stakeholders will rely on you to understand behaviors across the customer journeys and translate them into actionable insights to elevate the citizen experience and outcomes.
As personalization of content and digital services becomes increasingly important, the data foundations you will build for HealthHub will pave the way for our hyper-personalization ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform strategic and ad-hoc analysis in support of product team members, including product managers and planners, engineers, UX, design, and marketing team members.
- Develop dashboards and define metrics that inform success for the Product Team.
- Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, and engagement.
- Help design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve the user journey.
- Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive data projects.
- Explore large, complex, and loosely defined datasets to create actionable insights.
- Provide direction for the overall data strategy, including automating the handling of product usage data collection, PDPA compliance of data under management, cookie and privacy management, experimentation tools, A/B testing, etc.
- Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value.
- Act as a trusted voice of product data and insights in meetings and presentations.
- 8+ years of data analysis experience, leveraging descriptive and predictive data techniques.
- 4+ years of experience focused on feature and usage metrics, A/B testing, conversion and retention, segmentation, and developing user archetypes and their usage patterns.
- 2+ years of experience supporting product teams.
- 2+ years of experience uncovering data insights to form hypothesis, designing product experiments, evaluating results, and making recommendations.
- Experience working with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or equivalent is paramount.
- Advanced Level SQL.
- Advanced BI dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI.
- Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear status updates.
- Bonus: Experience using Python and R for analysis.
- Bonus: Experience with Qualtrics to establish customer feedback loops will be beneficial.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the marketing analytics capabilities offered by content management system vendors such as Adobe Analytics, Sitecore Experience Analytics, or similar.
