Automotive Technician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and fluid checks.
  • Repair or replace faulty components in the engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
  • Utilize computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
  • Inspect, test, and repair electrical and electronic systems.
  • Conduct test drives to verify the success of repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve workshop efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician/Automotive Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Able to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in engine repairs, transmission work, and suspension maintenance.
  • Able to interpret service manuals and technical diagrams.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy parts and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Automotive Technician Certification (NITEC, WSQ, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience with Hybrid & Electric Vehicles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with European, Japanese, or Continental vehicles.
