Electronics Engineer - Semiconductor Assembly

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team in semiconductor assembly and test environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting of high-precision/automation equipment, creating procedures for assembly, inspection and testing, collaborating with the engineering and software teams to optimise system design, documenting engineering improvements, and working with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and troubleshooting of high-precision/automation equipment.
  • Create procedures for assembly, inspection and testing of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and software teams to optimise system design.
  • Document engineering improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional engineers to resolve system issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 3-4 years of experience in setting up high-precision/automation equipment.
  • Process good knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems.
  • Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to travel overseas for field support when required.
