Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the health and wellness market, driving revenue growth through strategic sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health and wellness market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Promote and educate clients on the benefits of our products and services.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and negotiation skills.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and lead-generation initiatives.
  6. Track and report sales performance through CRM and provide feedback to optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
