Job Title: Tunneling Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tunneling Project Manager to oversee the coordination of civil, structural, architectural, and utility works on our CRL Tunneling Project.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of tunneling projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing interfaces between design and construction teams, coordinating with government bodies and utility agencies, and ensuring timely approval of design submissions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the design and construction of tunnelling projects, including the process and design approvals.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with contractors, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project requirements and milestones.
  • Liaise with government bodies and utility agencies to obtain necessary site clearances and approvals for project initiation.
  • Coordinate design and construction issues across civil, architectural, and M&E disciplines with consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and above in an Engineering, Technical or Architectural discipline.
  • At least 7-10 years of prior experience with a contractor or consultant environment.
  • Hands-on working experience with LTA/Tunneling/MRT projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with BIM and Asbuilt Drawings.
