Lead Preschool Education Program

As a seasoned preschool education leader, you will guide staff in the holistic development and care of children, creating a safe and conducive learning environment that meets their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage school operations, including staff supervision, parent communications, and school enrolment.
  • Foster proactive engagement with parents and the community through regular updates and feedback sessions.
  • Oversee the professional growth and well-being of staff members, providing mentorship and support when needed.
  • Coordinate school events and activities throughout the year, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans, aligning with early childhood education best practices.
  • Handle administrative tasks, streamlining processes to maximize efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diplomas in Early Childhood Teaching & Leadership.
  • Preference given to candidates with a Degree in Early Childhood.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a preschool or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for early childhood education.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software.
