Course Consultant

We are seeking dynamic professionals to fill the role of Course Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and support to potential students in selecting and enrolling in the right courses to meet their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries about our courses over the phone and via messaging platforms.
  • Meet or exceed student enrollment targets by effectively promoting and marketing our programs.
  • Provide learners with detailed information about our courses and programs, including content, requirements, and outcomes.
  • Assist learners with the enrollment process, including helping them complete application forms, submit transcripts, and pay fees.
  • Maintain regular communication with learners and respond to their queries about their courses or programs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree holders (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
  • Passion for education and training industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
