
Senior Customer Success Manager

Rubick is seeking a seasoned customer success leader to drive the growth and retention of our client base. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in scaling customer success teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies aligned with Rubick's business goals.
- Lead and manage a high-performing customer success team focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, driving long-term value realization and reducing churn.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on key customer success metrics, trends, and portfolio health.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling high-performing customer success teams in a SaaS or technology-focused company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders and customers.
