Job Title: Infant Care Educator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced infant care educator to join our team. As an infant care educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for early childhood education.

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the learning needs of our infants
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Establish and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a seamless educational experience
  • Participate in centre events and contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in early childhood education, preferably in an infant care setting
  • ACEY certification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
