Job Title: Plumbing and Sanitary BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled professional to create accurate 3D building information models for plumbing and sanitary systems in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit or relevant software
  • Create coordination drawings and shop drawings for construction purposes
  • Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other trades to resolve clashes and ensure smooth coordination
  • Update models throughout design and construction stages
  • Evaluate compliance with local building codes and project requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for plumbing and sanitary systems
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with Singapore building codes and standards
  • Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled BIM modeler to join our team. As a plumbing BIM modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models of plumbing and sanitary systems in construction projects.

You will work closely with engineers, consultants, and other trades to ensure that all models are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for plumbing and sanitary systems. You should be proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, and familiar with Singapore building codes and standards.
