Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Care Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.

As a Health Care Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Registering patients efficiently and accurately.
  • Dispensing medication with the correct identifiers.
  • Explaining the purpose of medications to patients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Aiding in the adoption of our company's patient-first service attitude.
  • Assisting in tracing reports, contacting patients to collect reports after vetting by doctors.
  • Submitting claims to TPAs, CHAS, and Medisave.
  • Ensuring accurate cash and net tallies at the end of each day.
  • Assisting doctors in clinic procedures, including but not limited to T&S, ECG, BP taking, hypoglycemia checking, and dressing.
  • Collaborating with accountants to gather revenue reports and daily receipts and claims.
  • Monitoring medications stock levels and conducting regular stock taking and replenishment.
  • Maintaining consumables supplies and ensuring the CA area and doctor's room are neat and tidy.
  • Contribution to business development within the clinic, including ad hoc projects, promotions, and sales of clinic products to external parties.

Requirements:
