We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. as a key member of our construction project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration: Assist in the administration of construction projects, including document management, progress tracking, and coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare accurate and complete shop drawings, detail drawings, and AS-Built drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Site Coordination: Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Support Functions: Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project needs, including cost control, tendering, and construction management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Possess relevant working experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Certifications: Hold certifications in Building Construction Supervision Safety Course and Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors.
  • Skills: Possess strong skills in document management, Microsoft Office, construction management, and AutoCAD.
