Food Processing Supervisor

Job Description:

Pack and prepare raw meat for shipping, ensuring it is correctly labeled and ready for distribution. Cut and prepare raw meat according to customer orders, following established guidelines for quality control.

Prepare frozen raw meat for packing by thawing and portioning as required. Assist in receiving and storing raw meat deliveries from suppliers, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.

Clean and maintain walk-in freezers and cold rooms where raw meat is stored, adhering to health and safety protocols. Supervise and assist other raw meat-handling workers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Schedule work shifts and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
