Administrative Assistant with Accounting Focus

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KOHAKU GLOBAL PTE. LTD.
About the Role:This role involves providing administrative support to our Accounting Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
In addition to administrative duties, the chosen individual will assist the Accounting Department in bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, bank reconciliation, updating cashbooks, reconciling accounts, and creating invoices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Assist the Accounting Department in bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions, bank reconciliation, updating cashbooks, reconciling accounts, and creating invoices
- Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing issues
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
9.00am to 6.00pm (5 days work)
Salary:The salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
