  • Data Integration Oversight: Manage the integration of large datasets, both on-premises and in the cloud, to ensure a single source of truth for business data.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Degree in IT, MIS, Data Science, or related field; Certifications in Data Architecture or Data Engineering are a plus.
  • Experience: 6 + years in data architecture or a related field, with a broad understanding of data environments, BI technologies, ETL processes, and data visualization tools such as SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI, and MDM.
  • Cloud Expertise: Experience with MS Azure data components, such as Data Factory and Azure Data Lake, and delivering end-to-end cloud data platform solutions.
  • Project Involvement: Hands-on experience with at least one major data modernization project or participation in a significant data transformation initiative within an enterprise.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies, data pipelines, serverless orchestration, and CI/CD processes.
  • Governance & Security: Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, influencing, and customer-facing skills.
  • Leadership & Training: Capacity to train and guide team members on best practices and data literacy.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in managing third-party vendors and leading engagements in a matrix environment.
