Job Title:

Sr Quality Control Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Sr Quality Control Specialist to ensure our products meet quality standards.
  • You will be responsible for improving and maintaining Incoming and Outgoing Quality Control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate product quality based on customer requirements, geometric dimensioning, and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to address customer and supplier feedback on quality issues and complaints.
  3. Develop and implement corrective actions for non-conforming components, 8D reports, and corrective action reports.
  4. Maintain calibrated measuring equipment and participate in monthly 5S audits.
  5. Assist in assembly testing processes and instruments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Quality Management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ISO standards and quality control processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
