Job Title: Mechanical Systems Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for mechanical systems? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Coordinator to join our team

**Job Summary:**
As a Mechanical Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems in our facility. This includes coordinating daily operations with engineers, conducting site visits to ensure quality and industry standards, and managing projects from start to finish.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate daily operations with engineers to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality and industry standards are met
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including bill of material and RFQ preparation
  • Interpret tool schematic drawings and ensure that assigned projects meet customer specifications
  • Provide technical interface with sub-contractors to ensure they are trained to perform procedures on assigned projects
  • Liaise with clients on services requirements, schedules, acceptance reports, and progress claims
  • On-site supervision to work closely with contractors to execute tools services hook-up activities and ensure safety regulations are practiced
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external team members, including contractors, to ensure efficient completion of projects
  • Review work procedures and highlight activities that may cause interruptions on projects


**Requirements:**
To be successful as a Mechanical Systems Coordinator, you will need:
  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Related working experience in electronics/semiconductor industry
  • Related working experience or familiar with electrical/mechanical systems in semiconductor fab facilities
  • Good communication skills in English and oral Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Results-oriented, independent, and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Overseas assignment opportunities
