Student Care Class Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our student care class. As a Student Care Class Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the class, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Class Management: Oversee the daily activities and routines of the student care class, including homework completion and enrichment programs.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and centre staff regarding student progress and centre activities.
- Program Development: Design, develop, and implement engaging enrichment programs and activities that cater to the learning needs of the students.
- Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in leading a student care class or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
