Procurement Operations Specialist

The Procurement Operations Specialist will be responsible for establishing a centralized procure-to-pay process that aligns with industry best practices. This role will ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional departments, including finance and engineering, to drive efficient procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and processes for the centralized procure-to-pay process.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to provide continuous spend insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the procurement operations team.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement or partnerships, with expertise in RFP processes, cost negotiations, and vendor analysis.
  • Experience in building efficient centralized procure-to-pay processes.
  • Ability to drive change in a global organization and establish an operating model.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Curiosity for learning about technical products.
