Job Title: Cyber Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves working in a dynamic environment to ensure the availability and integrity of shipboard networks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various network systems.

  • The position requires expertise in system installations, upgrades, and configuration management.
  • You will also need to troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis to identify solutions.
  • Collaboration with external teams and vendors is essential to achieve system integration goals.

Required Skills:

  • Hold current IAT II or higher security certification and Computing Environment certification within 6 months of hire.
  • 5 years of progressive IT experience in an enterprise-scale environment, preferably with SME-level knowledge of CANES.
  • Familiarity with ADNS, CENTRIXS, ISNS, SCI networks, Windows Server administration, and Cisco networking device administration is desirable.

Additional Information:

  • This position may require travel to Chesapeake, VA for hands-on training and overtime as needed to meet ship's schedules.
