Vascular Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team. As part of the Department of General Surgery, the Vascular Surgery team leads a comprehensive approach to patient care, providing holistic and individualized treatment for patients with vascular diseases.

The successful candidate will have expertise in both endovascular and open surgical management, as well as specialized wound care and rehabilitation. You will be expected to manage the entire spectrum of vascular disease, including peripheral vascular disease, aortic disease, venous disease, and carotid stenoses, as well as vascular trauma and renal access.

You will be working closely with nurses and allied health professionals to provide seamless patient care. The Vascular Surgery team enjoys state-of-the-art facilities, including a purpose-built hybrid operating theatre and a non-invasive Vascular Diagnostic Laboratory staffed by dedicated Vascular Technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex vascular cases using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with vascular diseases
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in vascular surgery and diagnostic techniques

Requirements:

  • MBBS or equivalent and a relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g. FRCS, MMed) registrable with Singapore Medical Council and Specialist Accreditation Board
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
