Key Responsibilities

This is a high-level technical leadership role that requires you to provide expertise in system and network design. As part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for implementing application system requirements, documenting software development processes, and providing technical guidance.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies including C, C++, C#, or Java programming languages.
  • Experience with software development life cycles, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as SNMP, TCP/IP, UDP, and professional software engineering best practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a degree in EEE/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

In this role, you will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in implementation of software applications, object-oriented software, software engineering, application development, SDLC, vendor management, project management, team management, and team lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in C, C++, C#, or Java programming languages, firmware development experience an added advantage.
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in implementation of software applications, object-oriented software, software engineering, application development, SDLC, vendor management, project management, team management, and team lead.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
