We are seeking a dedicated and passionate instructor to join our team as an Academic Excellence Instructor.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational content, utilizing engaging teaching methods to promote student success. They will also design relevant worksheets and provide constructive feedback on students' work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive teaching syllabi and lecture materials.
- Conduct private and group classes with enthusiasm and dedication.
- Design interactive worksheets for students to reinforce their understanding of the material.
- Meticulously review and mark students' work, providing timely feedback to support their progress.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Native English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with MOE Syllabus (Primary or Secondary).
- Experience with AEIS Exam format and content.
- A proven track record of significantly improving student performance for AEIS exams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with MOE experience will be given preference but it is not mandatory.
