Job Title: Electrical Machinery Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal production and uptime for wood and metal shredder plants.
  • Perform root cause investigations to improve reliability and overall performance of machinery & equipment.
  • Achieve incident-free and reliable operations by performing timely and proper maintenance of systems.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance activities, including plant production and reliability.
  • Coordinate with the production team and other stakeholders.
  • Work with purchasers for spare parts purchase, stock, and inventory control.
  • Update plant & machinery documentation and Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures regularly.
  • Ensure technical, environmental and safety aspects in all matters comply with HSE regulations.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
  • Required knowledge includes hydraulic system, rotating parts, conveyor belts.
  • Required to work 5.5 days a week.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Able to work in dusty environment.
