Hotel Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to ensure that the hotel's public spaces and facilities are consistently maintained at a high standard of cleanliness and organization. This involves direct supervision of the housekeeping team, maintenance of equipment and supplies, and adherence to established standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily housekeeping operations in public areas
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with established standards and protocols
- Lead by example and foster a positive working environment for the housekeeping team
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year as a supervisor
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
