High-Tech Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure in a high-tech manufacturing / smart factory environment.
- Network Design & Implementation – Deploy and manage Cisco-based wired, wireless, and VPN networks; configure VLANs, firewalls, and security controls.
- Operations & Troubleshooting – Monitor performance, resolve complex issues, perform firmware/security updates, and ensure high uptime.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance – Implement network security best practices, firewalls, NAC, VPN solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443).
- IoT & OT Integration – Support connectivity for SCADA, PLCs, and IoT devices in a smart factory setup.
- Project Execution – Lead network-related projects such as new site setups; coordinate vendors and document designs/configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, ideally in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
- Excellent expertise in:
Cisco networking (Switches, Routers, VLANs, VSS)
Firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto)
NAC, VPN, wireless controllers, access points - Familiarity with IoT/Industry 4.0 protocols and IT–OT integration.
- Network certifications (CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent).
