As a skilled Occupational and Physiotherapy Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized therapy plans, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct occupational/physiotherapy assessments during client admissions, periodic care reviews, and at discharge.
  • Select and implement tailored outcome measures to gauge therapy progress and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop achievable goals.
  • Design evidence-based therapy interventions prioritizing individual client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, therapy plans, and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate assessment findings, intervention plans, and discharge strategies.
  • Ensure proper utilization and training on rehabilitation equipment.
  • Provide recommendations for assistive devices and equipment as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive discharge and continuity of care plans.
  • Foster community integration through partnerships with local organizations and services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
