Job Description
  • Monthly & Year-End Close Process: Ensure completeness and reasonableness of expenses in P&L, prepare and post general journal entries for expenses, accruals, allocations, and adjustments.
  • Currency Exchange Rates: Update monthly currency exchange rates in Navision.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management report and board deck, including cash flow statement, audit schedules, business report, and commitment reports.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in quarterly forecasting and budgeting process, preparing forecasts and annual budgets, and developing financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Possess ACCA qualifications.
  • Meticulous, proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
