Job Title: Strategic Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our operations team in delivering exceptional service quality and efficiency.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
  • Lead a team of drivers and operations staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including LTA, ICA, and MOM standards.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel management, and workshop coordination to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
  • Analyze operational metrics and prepare comprehensive reports to inform business decisions and improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fleet management, routing, and scheduling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
