Job Title: Financial Control Specialist

Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage our credit control functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage drivers' and corporate accounts' debts, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debt.
  • Monitor and control outstanding balances, taking prompt action when necessary.
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers and set payment terms accordingly.
  • Conduct regular reviews of aged balances with superiors and implement follow-up actions as needed.
  • Identify and report exceptional or delinquent customers, implementing measures to minimize bad debt.
  • Prepare daily operation reports and monitor performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Administer litigation/credit monitoring and screening processes.
  • Manage repossession and external collection agencies' performance.
  • Address drivers' queries and appeals related to Credit Control matters.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
