Deputy Editor Position

The role of a Deputy Editor is pivotal in shaping and delivering high-quality editorial content that aligns with the mission of empowering motivated individuals globally to realize their potential.

As a Deputy Editor, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our content, which supports our reputation as a trusted source of knowledge and inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and write editorial content for all publications throughout the year.
2. Transform content from conferences into high-quality pieces for publication.
3. Assist in researching and creating themes and topics for publications and articles.
4. Sub-edit and ensure the accuracy of editorial content.
5. Write and develop marketing content for publications.
6. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all advertisement bookings.
7. Provide client servicing, replying to email enquiries within one business day.
8. Provide feedback on advertiser campaigns and communications.
9. Collaborate with the team to typeset content.
10. Manage and approve content on the news aggregation site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience handling databases.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Netsuite, Office 365, and Box.
