Financial Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrative Specialist to join our team at FC Inspection Pte. Ltd. In this role, you will provide administrative support within the department, handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, assist in project claims submission, and maintain project accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project claims, ensuring timely completion and compliance
- Maintain project accounts, including financial records and reports
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with intercompany account consolidation knowledge
- Able to handle a full set of accounts with precision and attention to detail
- Proficient in MYOB and Excel software
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Able to start work on short notice
