About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team at TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Administration: The candidate will be responsible for processing customer purchase orders, raising Customer Order Processing (COP) forms, and performing stock reservations.
  • Purchase Requisitions: They will raise and issue purchase requisitions for equipment, spare parts, and accessories required for projects and ad-hoc orders and submit them for approval.
  • Customer Communication: The candidate will correspond with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers via email or phone for shipment status.
  • Expediting Receivables and Deliverables: They will be responsible for expediting the receivables and deliverables of ordered goods and identifying ordered equipment to prepare material take-off schedules for orders.
  • Warehouse and Logistics Coordination: The candidate will coordinate, liaise, and work with the Warehouse and Logistics Department to ensure that goods are packed and delivered on time to customers.
  • Customer Inquiries: They will attend to customer inquiries via phone or email for prices and stock positions or customer complaints and ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.
  • Proposal and Quotation Drafting: The candidate will assist Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Managers in drafting proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Price Negotiation Support: They will assist Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Managers in collating multiple variations for projects for price negotiation with customers.
  • Filings and Records: The candidate will ensure that all filings are in order.
Marketing Responsibilities
  • Event Organisation: The candidate will assist Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Managers in organising and/or coordinating events such as trade exhibitions, road shows, new product seminars, etc.
  • Internal Event Organisation: They will assist Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Managers in organising and/or coordinating internal events such as dealer meetings.
  • Marketing Collaterals: The candidate will prepare and organise marketing collaterals.
  • Website Content Maintenance: They will be in charge of maintaining and ensuring the Company's website content is current and up to date.
  • Liaising with Partners: The candidate will assist Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Managers to liaise with partners of trade magazines and media agencies.
Requirements and Salary

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience in ERP, preferably NetSuite, will be advantageous. Navigation communication product knowledge preferred.

This role offers an attractive salary of SGD 30,000 - SGD 40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
