Key Responsibilities Oversee the comprehensive asset inventory process, including forecasting, procurement, allocation, and reclamation. Continuously assess and enhance the onboarding and offboarding procedures for improved effectiveness and efficiency. Manage administrative duties associated with onboarding and offboarding, including: Documentation and tracking for new hires Asset allocation and monitoring Documentation and tracking for departing employees Supervision of access pass issuance and revocation, along with laptop and application access management Produce regular and on-demand reports related to the onboarding and offboarding processes Collaborate with hiring managers and other PMOs to coordinate logistics for onboarding and offboarding Handle fixed asset tracking responsibilities, such as changes in asset ownership, cost center adjustments, and conducting fixed asset inventory audits. Work in conjunction with the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to initiate purchase requests for business cards, stationery, air conditioning, and other property-related matters. Support floor logistics management, including office equipment, stationery, document destruction, mail sorting, courier services, and approvals for departmental heads. Maintain seating arrangements for GMET occupied floors. Essential Qualifications (Must Have) Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in VLOOKUP and macro execution Skilled in using PowerPoint for developing presentations and reports Capable of multitasking and managing various priorities Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team Committed and diligent Preferred Skills: (Good to have) Familiarity with SharePoint Page Design and Workflow creation Previous experience in managing asset inventory and governance Background in onboarding and offboarding processes Experience in generating reports using data extracts from SharePoint
