As a skilled Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and managing technical drawings, building information models, and construction documentation. This role requires strong coordination skills to ensure accurate, efficient, and clash-free designs throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for construction, fabrication, and coordination purposes.
  • Update and maintain as-built drawings and project documentation.
  • Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Develop and manage BIM models (architectural, structural, M&E).
  • Coordinate and integrate models from consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve design discrepancies using BIM tools.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • BIM certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Autocad Drafting & Autodesk Revit Modelling.
  • Ability to read and understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M&E).
