As a Performance Management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by analyzing customer databases to segment and identify different target cohorts. Your primary responsibility will be to work with product managers to optimize recommendations, perform cost-benefit analysis, and establish and maintain datasets for ease of on-demand portfolio analytics.

You will also support the cards & loans businesses in review of & sharpen tracking of KPIs, identifying business & market trends, provide actionable insights to support decision making. Additionally, you will automate the process to track campaigns effectiveness, support results tracking with defined KPIs for different marketing campaigns, and perform in-depth analysis.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Analytics would be advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in database management and data analysis in an organization; or other relevant experience.
  • Enjoys working with data and technology.
  • Excellent command of MS Access and MS Excel is a must, with ability to design complex series of queries to interrogate data.
  • Skilled in using VBA, SAS, Power BI for report streamlining & automation.
  • Knowledge of Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending is an asset.
  • Knowledge in CRM, E-commerce & Loyalty is a plus.
