Maintenance Operations Technician

LS 2 SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial cleaning equipment. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our equipment and ensuring that our operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment including high-pressure jet, leaf blower, scrubbing machine, vacuum cleaner, and battery-operated cart
  • Inspecting and assessing the functionality of equipment to prevent breakdowns
  • Troubleshooting machinery malfunctions and conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
  • Preparing and submitting maintenance reports to management
  • Liaising with external vendors for equipment repair and maintenance
  • Monitoring quality standards of equipment and tools
  • Performing asset tagging to ensure accountability of equipment
  • Preparing inspection finding reports and communicating with internal staff and vendors on any faults

Requirements
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Basic computer and report writing skills
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Hands-On Physical work required
  • Driving company lorry (manual)
  • Working hours: 8am to 8pm (Monday to Saturday)
