Cultivating Future Leaders

This position is part of the Human Capital Cluster's Talent Development division, which aims to identify and groom a pipeline of talent to drive the Digital Economy.
You will work closely with industry partners to understand their leadership talent needs and develop strategies to collaborate on initiatives like the SG Digital Leadership Accelerator and talent schemes such as the SG Digital Scholarship.
- Industry engagement – Work with various industry partners to understand their leadership talent needs.
- Programme management – Plan, manage, and run key leadership programmes under the SG Digital Leadership Accelerator.
- Stakeholder relationship management – Manage relationships with government agencies, institutes of higher learning, and sector champions involved in IMDA's leadership talent programmes.
- Business process re-engineering and digitalisation – Support data analytics and process automation projects to enable effective outcome tracking and management reporting across our leadership talent programmes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree qualification with 5-8 years of experience in the ICT/Media industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders.
- Possession of passion for building leadership talent for the ICT/Media industry.
- Good networking skills to develop long-term relationships with dynamic companies.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Great attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
