Job Description\

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our regional programs, innovate solutions, and manage complex delivery portfolios.

\

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-country programs, ensuring projects within the program are aligned with strategic goals. You will also act as the client-facing lead for regional programs, representing our headquarters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and propose innovative solutions to address program complexity and client needs\
  • Coordinate with Country GMs, delivery hubs, and sales teams to manage interdependencies across projects\
  • Monitor risks, resources, and outcomes across the program portfolio\
  • Drive business impact and benefits realization, not just project completion\
  • Provide program governance, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to HQ leadership and client stakeholders\
  • Support Sales in pre-sales activities, including program design, estimation, and delivery planning\
  • Travel within ASEAN (20–30%) to oversee delivery and engage directly with clients\

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • \
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management, with technology and digital transformation being mandatory\
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field\
  • Mandatory certification: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Agile Program Management certification\
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country or multi-project programs, not just standalone projects\
  • Strong ability to design innovative solutions and adapt approaches to complex program challenges\
  • Exposure to at least one of the following domains is highly preferred: Education / Government programs, Learning & Development (L&D) / HR Management systems, SaaS B2B / B2C platform delivery\
  • Excellent client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills\
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities\
  • Willingness to travel within ASEAN when required\
