Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Instrument Control and Electrical (ICE) team at the Singapore LNG Corporation PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing plans and schedules, providing advice to production and engineering teams, and ensuring the maintenance of ICE assets at the terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the completion of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks for ICE assets.
  • Collaborate with the Mechanical and HSSE teams to coordinate with production and jetty operations teams on work requests, including electronic work permits.
  • Conduct daily morning toolbox meetings to brief team members on job assignments and coordinate ICE-MECH work communications.
  • Utilize SAP to monitor and schedule ICE PM & CM workorders, maintain the ICE master equipment list, and raise purchase requisitions for spare parts.
  • Liaise with external authorities for approval of natural gas equipment maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to attend in-house safety induction courses, conduct site surveys, and execute site work.
  • Review method statements and risk assessments to ensure validity for each job.
  • Verify that all jobs are properly closed out in SAP and raise purchase requisitions for spare parts and materials.
  • Assist in developing the maintenance budget, provide budget forecasts, and monitor and manage approved budgets.
  • Apply for Jurong Island Pass sponsorship for external vendors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an oil and gas/petrochemical E&I maintenance supervisory or E&I maintenance planning and scheduling role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office computer software and SAP systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
Education
  • Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering discipline.
