This role will be responsible for leading the preparation of the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, and monthly financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and trend identification
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of budgeting and financial forecasting tools
  • Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including board presentations and financial analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with colleagues and staff
  • Able to work independently and resourceful in seeking information, with at least 5 years of working experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Business Analytics & Reporting (BAR) skills preferred
