We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to our CEO and family. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining schedules and calendars, handling personal tasks, and coordinating meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and family
- Maintain schedules and calendars, and perform other administrative tasks
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO and family, including coordinating appointments and meetings
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and doctors' appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and arrange business trips as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines
- Independent and able to follow up on pending issues
- Able to handle children
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Good sense of work prioritization and time management skills, with attention to detail
