Job Summary:

 This senior leadership role involves driving corporate strategy, aligning business objectives with long-term sustainable growth, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize regional impact.

  • To effectively understand societal challenges and identify key business opportunities.
  • To provide strategic direction to align companies with long-term sustainable growth.
  • To optimize the allocation of management resources across the region to maximize business impact.
  • To support executive decision-making by offering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, sales, or business development within Southeast Asia, India, or other regions. Experience in the semiconductor/technology industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in corporate, business, and functional strategy development, with a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives across multiple divisions.
  • An understanding of the competitive landscape and regulatory environment in Southeast Asia and India.
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
