Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the project's progress, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the master plan.
  • Manage the work activities of sub-contractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Plan and manage manpower resources in accordance with budgeted man-hours provided by the Project Manager.
  • Track and report daily work progress to the Project Manager, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
