Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team as an Academic Mentor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement daily homework assistance programs for primary school students, focusing on developing their academic skills and confidence.

  2. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and addressing individual educational and developmental needs through targeted support.

  3. Prepare and maintain teaching resources, learning environment, and classroom appearance to create an engaging and stimulating atmosphere for children.

  4. Build relationships with children and parents through regular communication, fostering a sense of community and trust within the educational setting.

  5. Conduct enrichment programs designed to enhance children's skills and knowledge in various subjects, promoting intellectual curiosity and creativity.

  6. Model positive behavior, creativity, and a growth mindset in the workplace, inspiring children to develop essential life skills and values.

  7. Ensure safety and timely transfer of students within the premises, prioritizing their well-being and security at all times.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in education or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in teaching primary school students is highly valued, but not mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills, along with the ability to guide students in various subjects, are essential for success in this role.
