Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise and provide exceptional technical support and maintenance for clients.
- Provide prompt and efficient troubleshooting and repair services for various products via Depot, Dealer Repair or directly by customers.
- Assist in testing and installation of hardware products for events/exhibitions.
- Oversee the management of in-house loan equipment ensuring items are in optimal working condition prior to issuance and proactively tracking/resolving overdue returns.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and reports as required.
- Conduct hardware trainings and render support to Sales teams for in-house demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills with ability to quickly identify/resolve issues.
- Develop effective communication skills to liaise effectively with clients/team members.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently/part of a team.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies/processes and be willing to adapt.

Requirements:
- Nitec/Higher Nitec or above in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in a technical support/service technician role preferred.
