Program Manager

This role is key to the national healthcare programme's success, overseeing patient health data consolidation and digitization.

The successful candidate will ensure alignment of IT performance metrics, implementing tools, reports, and dashboards to support programme objectives.

Role & Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison for MOH Healthier SG programme strategic planning, vendor engagement, and CMS management
Conduct landscape survey, assessment, and profiling to understand CMS readiness to support HSG initiatives
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders for effective planning and goal achievement
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent
At least 2-5 years' experience in vendors/accounts management with proven track records
Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task
