Financial Operations Role

This Accounts Assistant cum Admin role is an exciting opportunity to join our IT support group's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization, including performing accounting tasks, generating financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Operations: Perform standard accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and data entry.
  • Financial Analysis: Generate monthly sales reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for financial tracking.
  • Supplier Communication: Communicate with overseas suppliers to handle Proforma Invoices (PI), Delivery Orders (DO), and shipping documentation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum A-Level qualification.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (Quickbook & ODOO) is a plus.
  • Priorities: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team; comfortable working with younger colleagues and adapting to modern work practices.
