Requirements and Qualifications
  • PhD degree in Science or Engineering discipline or Master degree in Science or Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of experience preferably with research background.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes of polymeric films and functional layers (e.g., organic solutions and dispersions).
  • Work with solvents and flammable and toxic materials.
  • Work in chemical labs (preferably in clean room environment).
  • Use analytical lab equipment for material property determination (e.g., rheology and microscopy).
  • Preferably work experience with adhesives or pressure sensitive adhesives.
  • Assertive personality combining proven hands-on mentality with excellent technical comprehension.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
  • Foster natural curiosity, explore new ideas, and think creatively for innovative solutions.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, manage resources and time within projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Manage complex projects and deal with stakeholders across different hierarchy levels.
